Note that Walmart Corporation will not be making a presentation regarding potential purchase of the vacant Target site. Regarding the Target store, the Agency Board will be considering authorization of a brokerage agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle to market the Agency’s repurchase option on the Target property for redevelopment with a transit-oriented project.
