Dozier was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Sunday October 28, 2007 at about 2:00 am Officer Mills arrested Joseph Stallworth, a 28 year old male resident of Richmond, after Stallworth was found in possession of a loaded and concealed handgun during a suspicious vehicle investigation. Stallworth was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Saturday October 27, 2007 at about 8:26 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 5700 block of Central Ave. After an investigation John Degraca, a 49 year old male resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for assault. Degraca was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Friday October 26, 2007 at about 2:21 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to Lucky's, at 1000 El Cerrito Plaza, on a report of shoplifting. After an investigation Fredrick Boone, a 40 year old male resident of Richmond, was arrested for theft. Boone was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Thursday October 25, 2007 at about 11:20 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to Dylans Way on a report of a disturbance. After an investigation Varvara Salazar, a 34 year old female resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for assault. Salazar was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Wednesday October 24, 2007 at about 1:40 pm Officer Hernandez responded to a report of a disturbance at the high school. After an investigation a 16 year old male resident of Richmond was arrested for assault. The juvenile was transported to Juvenile Hall pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Tuesday October 23, 2007 at about 1:46 pm Officer Hernandez arrested a 15 year old female resident of Richmond after an investigation revealed she had been threatening and demanding money from another student at El Cerrito High School. The juvenile was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Tuesday October 23, 2007 at about 2:00 pm El Cerrito Police Officers arrested two 17 year old male residents of Richmond after an investigation identified them as responsible for several recent residential burglaries. Both juveniles were transported to Juvenile Hall pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Friday October 19, 2007 at about 3:25 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 2000 block of Key Blvd. Responding Officers were contacted by a citizen reporting that a baby had just been abducted by a known subject. With the assistance of CHP the Amber Alert System was activated. At about 5:00 pm San Francisco Police Officers responded to an Amber Alert tip and located the missing child, unharmed. Subsequent investigation revealed that the reported incident was likely related to a custodial issue. Investigation into the details of the case continues.

On Thursday October 11, 2007 at about 9:08 pm Officer Matsui arrested Gary Clevenger, a 54 year old male resident of Richmond, after Clevenger was found in possession of methamphetamine during a traffic stop. Clevenger was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Wednesday October 10, 2007 at about 10:16 pm Officer Mills arrested Roxann Schwaner, a 50 year old female resident of Berkeley, after Schwaner was found to be in possession of a controlled substance during a pedestrian stop. Schwaner was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Wednesday October 10, 2007 at about 4:17 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to Washington Mutual Bank, at 9950 San Pablo Ave, on a report of a forgery in progress. After an investigation Sonia Marie Reed, a 34 year old female resident of Oakland, and Lovie Brown, a 28 year old female resident of Oakland, were arrested for forgery. Reed and Brown were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Wednesday October 10, 2007 at about 3:41 pm Detective Tang arrested Nakia Nicole King, a 30 year old female resident of San Pablo, on an outstanding Ramey warrant obtained after King was identified as the suspect in several fraudulent transactions. King was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Tuesday October 9, 2007 at about 7:13 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to the 6700 block of Glen Mawr Ave on a report of a disturbance. After an investigation William Donald Wallace, a 48 year old male resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for assault. Wallace was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Monday October 22, 2007 at about 12:54 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a theft that just occurred at Target, at 11450 San Pablo Ave. The suspect had fled the store on foot. Minutes later Officers located and arrested Julius Murray, a 19 year old male resident of Richmond for the theft, and for possession of a controlled substance. Murray was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Sunday October 21, 2007 at about 3:10 am Officer Mills arrested Tien Thi Keuth, a 27 year old female resident of San Pablo, Vern Town Saelee, a 19 year old male resident of Fairfield, Lily Thi Vo, an 18 year old female resident of San Pablo, and a 14 year old male resident of Richmond, after the group was found in possession of numerous items of stolen property and various burglary tools during a suspicious vehicle investigation. Keuth, Saelee and Vo were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility, and the juvenile was transported to Juvenile Hall, pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Saturday October 20, 2007 at about 8:09 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a theft at Lucky's, at 1000 El Cerrito Plaza. After an investigation Duncan McElroy, a 44 year old male resident of Richmond, was arrested for theft. McElroy was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Thursday October 18, 2007 at about 12:02 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a forgery in progress at Wells Fargo Bank, at 9800 San Pablo Ave. After an investigation Lamonte Jamoris Hardman, a 36 year old male resident of Richmond, and Mia Elizabeth Taylor, an 18 year old female resident of Richmond, were arrested for forgery. Hardman and Taylor were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

After an investigation Terry Andrew Brown, a 47 year old male resident of Richmond, was arrested for theft. On Wednesday October 17, 2007 at about 2:09 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a theft at the El Cerrito Photo Lab, at 4050 El Cerrito Plaza. After an investigation Kianna Lashay Aaron, an 18 year old female resident of Vallejo, was arrested for theft. Aaron was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Saturday October 6, 2007 at about noon a 15 year old male resident of El Cerrito was arrested after he was identified as the person responsible for a residential burglary that occurred in the 1200 block of Scott Street on April 16, 2007. The male was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.
