On Thursday, November 29, 2007, at 1144 hours an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Central Avenue and San Joaquin Street. The officer arrested 34 year old El Sobrante resident Jennifer Wadsworth regarding an outstanding arrest warrant. While booking Wadsworth, the jailer found suspected heroin and a syringe on her person. Wadsworth was booked on the new charges. Wadsworth was sent to the County Jail in Martinez. The case will be sent to the Contra Costa District Attorney's Office for review.

On Sunday November 25, 2007 at about 2:57 pm Officer Hernandez arrested a 17 year old male resident of Richmond and a 16 year old male resident of Richmond after they were found in possession of a stolen vehicle during a suspicious vehicle investigation. Both juveniles were released to their guardians pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Saturday November 24, 2007 at about 1:30 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 7000 block of Potrero Ave. After an investigation James Gruber, a 39 year old male resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for assault. Gruber was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Tuesday November 20, 2007 at about 8:28 pm Officer Barr conducted a suspicious vehicle investigation and arrested Eureka Franklin, a 29 year old female resident of Richmond, after Franklin was found in possession of stolen vehicle and crack cocaine. Franklin was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Tuesday November 20, 2007 at about 11:06 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to Target, at 11450 San Pablo Ave, on a report of shoplifting. After an investigation Lee Demorris Robinson, a 35 year old male resident of Richmond, was arrested for theft. Robinson was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Monday November 19, 2007 at about 9:54 am Officer Guzman arrested a 16 year old male resident of El Cerrito, after the juvenile was found in possession of marijuana for sales during a pedestrian stop. The male was released to his guardian pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Monday November 19, 2007 at about 11:16 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of suspicious juveniles in the 2200 block of Humboldt Ave. After an investigation two 17 year old male residents of Richmond were arrested after it was determined they had attempted to burglarize a residence. One juvenile was transported to Juvenile Hall and one was released to a guardian, pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Sunday November 18, 2007 at about 3:37 am Officer Mills arrested Carlton Colbert, a 56 year old male resident of Richmond, after Colbert was found in possession of a concealed handgun and crack cocaine for sales during a traffic stop. Colbert was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Friday November 16, 2007 at about 10:53 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a residential burglary in the 5600 block of Jordan Ave. At about 12:42 am on Saturday November 17, 2007 James Lawson III, a 23 year old male resident of Oakland, was located by Officers and arrested after he was identified as the person responsible for the burglary, and was found in possession of the victim's stolen property and in possession of crack cocaine for sales. Lawson was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Wednesday November 14, 2007 at about 4:39 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a forgery at Washington Mutual, at 9950 San Pablo Ave. After an investigation Gwenell Eastman, a 48 year old female resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for forgery. Eastman was released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Wednesday November 14, 2007 at about 9:41 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a forgery at Washington Mutual, at 9950 San Pablo Ave. After an investigation Deshay Rowe, an 18 year old male resident of Pinole, and Dione Leffall, a 22 year old male resident of Richmond, were arrested for forgery. Rowe and Lefall were released pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Tuesday November 13, 2007 at about 4:17 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a robbery in the area of Knott Ave and the BART path. After an investigation Andrew Cibula, a 21 year old male resident of Richmond was arrested after he was identified as the responsible party. Cibula was released on bail pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Monday November 12, 2007 at about 11:57 am Officer Chalk arrested Ronald Wulferdinger, a 57 year old male resident of Richmond, Justin Warner, a 24 year old male resident of Richmond, and Isadora Kelly, a 29 year old female resident of Richmond, after they were found in possession of methamphetamine and an illegal weapon during a traffic stop. Wulferdinger was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility, and Warner and Kelly were released, pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Sunday November 11, 2007 at about 9:47 am El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a theft. After an investigation Radelle Martin, a 20 year old female resident of Vallejo, Anauria Redmond, an 18 year old female resident of Vallejo, and Mariisha Washington, a 19 year old female resident of Vallejo, were arrested for theft. Martin, Redmond and Washington were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Sunday November 11, 2007 at about 3:45 am Officer Cooper arrested Joel Zupan, a 41 year old male resident of Richmond, and Christine Carson, a 28 year old female resident of Richmond, after they were found in possession of methamphetamine during a pedestrian stop. On Saturday November 10, 2007 at about 6:35 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to Marshall's, at 10794 San Pablo Ave, on a report of theft. After an investigation Yvonne Mbong, a 25 year old female resident of El Sobrante, Helen Ndabagoye, a 32 year old female resident of Oakland, and Thereza Mtesigwa, a 34 year old female resident of El Cerrito, were arrested for theft. Mbong, Ndabagoye and Mtesigwa were all transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Friday November 9, 2007 at about 8:45 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a solo vehicle collision on South 55th Street at Cypress Ave, with several occupants of the vehicle injured. After an investigation Kelan Carrizosa, a 25 year old male resident of Richmond, was arrested for driving under the influence and causing a collision resulting in injury. Carrizosa was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Friday November 9, 2007 at about 12:51 pm Officer Thepkaysone arrested Edgar Cayapan, a 38 year old male resident of Richmond, after Cayapan was found in possession of methamphetamine during a pedestrian contact. Cayapan was released, pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

On Thursday November 8, 2007 at about 12:30 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 1500 block of Lexington Ave. After an investigation two 17 year old male residents of Richmond and a 16 year old male resident of San Pablo were arrested for burglary and attempted burglary. Two of the juveniles were transported to Juvenile Hall, and one was released to a guardian, pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.
